Refunds & Returns (United Kingdom)

Return window: You may return items within 31 days of your return request.

Return method: Returns are accepted by mail only.

Condition: Items must be unused and in the original packaging.

Who pays return shipping?

  • Change-of-mind / ordered wrong item: Customer pays return postage.

  • Damaged or manufacturing fault: We pay return postage (we will provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable costs, or send out a replacement).

Refund timing: We issue refunds within 14 days of receiving your return or receiving proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier, to your original payment method.

How to start a return: Contact us via the [Contact Us] page or email jo@dayasessence.co.uk with your order number, reason, and photos (if damaged/faulty). Returns are not accepted without prior agreement.

You also have a 14-day legal right to cancel your order from the day after you receive your goods. If you cancel, we will refund the product price; outbound shipping is non-refundable.
