USING OUR WEBSITE

We aim to keep our website available at all times. However, access may be suspended temporarily without notice for maintenance, system failure or events beyond our control.

We may update or amend our website and these terms from time to time. Changes will not affect any orders that have already been accepted.

FORMATION OF CONTRACT

When you place an order you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This email does not constitute acceptance.

Your order represents an offer to purchase. A legally binding contract is formed only when we send a separate email confirming that your order has been accepted and dispatched.

PRICES, DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS

All prices are displayed in GBP (£).

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Discount codes and promotions may be withdrawn or amended at any time without notice. Only one discount code may be used per order unless stated otherwise.

Free shipping thresholds are calculated on the order subtotal after discounts and before shipping.

PAYMENT

Payment must be made in full at checkout. We accept payments via Shopify Payments and other providers displayed at checkout.

DELIVERY

Orders are normally dispatched within 0–2 business days. Delivery within Great Britain is usually 2–4 business days.

We currently ship to England, Scotland and Wales only. We do not ship to Northern Ireland.

It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

SUMMER HEAT & PRODUCT CONDITION

Wax products may develop surface sweating in warmer temperatures. This is normal and does not affect performance. We are not responsible for cosmetic changes caused by heat.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

You have a 14-day legal right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Unused items may be returned within 31 days. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Faulty or damaged items must be returned unused and in original packaging before a refund or replacement is issued.

LOST PARCELS

If your parcel has not arrived after 15 working days from dispatch, please contact us so we can begin an investigation.

Claims must be submitted within 80 days of dispatch in line with Royal Mail claim policies. Claims made after this time may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time of contract or for business losses.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
